Ordering is simple.

 

Most customers initially get in touch for a quotation and then simply confirm their final requirements by email or phone.

 

We send confirmation of your order and double check the measurements and specification with you, prior to cutting.

 

For bespoke orders, payment is made on ordering. We also offer a deposit on ordering with the balance paid on collection or delivery.

We have a fast turnaround time with orders usually ready for collection or delivery 1-2 weeks after ordering.

Customers are welcome to collect from our base near East London, saving money on delivery costs.

We can arrange delivery nationwide and have a number of door to door couriers who we work with who offer a competitive and trustworthy service. N.B. In our experience, hearths delivered on a pallet often result in breakage and disappointment. We only use door to door couriers to ensure the safe arrival of your hearth.
