Top Quality Italian Slate
​We use the highest grade Italian Honed and Riven Slate (Grade 1). Whilst other types of slate are on offer elsewhere, these often contain Iron Pyrites and shading swirls which often lead to disappointment. A hearth is an investment and naturally you will want to be sure you are happy with the finished product.
Whatever type of hearth you need, we can offer a solution. Maybe you have an uneven chamber or an off-centre chimney space? Perhaps you need the hearth to fit flush to the floor, or extra high risers? Or you would like a hearth cut to an exact template to fit around an existing fireplace set up without having to remove it?
